Three-part video interview with Erik Danielsson

While Watain was in Toronto for their show at The Opera House on February 25th, 2018, Erik Danielsson has been interviewed on Aggressive Tendencies, the digital video channel of Canadian magazine Exclaim!, and in this three-part video he talks about Watain and its roots in Black metal tradition, how its music, and the concepts it deals with, are perceived and approached by the audience from different perspectives and different depths; about the current misconceptions regarding the presence of political ideologies of any sort in Watain; how comparing "Rabid Death's Curse" and "Trident Wolf Eclipse" (respectively the first and the latest album of Watain's discography) shows that although created at different points of Watain's history they are both drawing from that same fascination with the extreme side of the search for advancement, and furthermore he elaborates a bit on the album title "Trident Wolf Eclipse" and its symbolism.
