DEATH METAL STRIKES FROM THE PAST!
Guess what, it looks like Degial's full show in Warsaw, Poland on April 14th, 2014 has appeared only now on YouTube: better exhumed now than buried forever!

The show was part of the De Profundis European tour they did with their brothers WATAIN in March / April 2014 and the setlist appears to be as follows:

We are thrilled today to bring you an interview with one of the most diabolical drummers out there nowadays: none other than E.Forcas, whom we all know for hammering the skins in Degial and WATAIN but also in Unpure and in Livgone!
We have reached out to him with a few questions about all his current projects,  his drumming career, his gear and more:  he has offered us some very interesting insights that you can read here below.

New Music, Old Nightmares: a playlist

Recently, there has been quite some new music thrilling the minds of us rock maniacs here at Unearthed Mirrors: Obnoxious Youth have just released a terrific new EP, Maggot Heart is teasing us with two new songs from their upcoming album out in just a few weeks, and Begravningsentreprenörerna has just released a new single, so there's enough good stuff to keep our ears busy and excited and of course there's also some less recent music which never ceases to provide its proper dose of rock madness, so here's a selection of songs to recap the new music which has been put out lately, as well as some of our all-time favourite classics. Mixing new and old, stirring it up well, here's our playlist "New Music, Old Nightmares" : wherever you are right now, turn up the volume and blast this loud!

Degial and Concrete Winds touring together in October 2020

Perhaps it might have gone a bit overlooked among the other tour announcements on a recent post by Killtown Bookings, but this is possibly the deadliest and most brutal combination of bands that we could have imagined: Degial and Concrete Winds will be touring Europe together from October 2nd, to October 20th, 2020! Seriously looking forward to seeing them delivering their death metal carnage across Europe and definitely keeping an eye out when more details will surface. Meanwhile it's always time to give another spin to Degial's bloodthirsty beast "Predator Reign" and Concrete Winds' crushing debut "Primitive Force".

Nothing equals the actual live experience, but one can still definitely get a taste of how fierce and ruthless death metal can (and should) be. So here it is,Degial live at le Klub, Paris; May 8th, 2018:

Degial unveil second track off "Predator Reign"

Just a bit more than a week until the new Degial full-length is released on Sepulchral Voice Records and today a second track, titled "Crown of Fire", has been premiered on Decibel magazine, along with a brief interview about the song and the album.

"The most important thing for us when we make a new album is to not repeat ourselves, and to develop and make a stronger opus than the previous releases. We never discuss in which direction we should go when we write, that is something that develops during the process.", explains H. Death about the group's approach to making music. Which is definitely fitting from an unpredictable creature like Degial.

"All our lyrics are a hymn to the dark Gods, a tribute to the great Death, and the world far beyond this one", he further elaborates about this track. "It’s about rebellion against this world, and this society that we are chained to. “Crown of Fire” is about when the chains are finally broken, and the predator within is released to reign."

The full interview can be read on Decibel magazine and the chaotic vortex that is "Crown of Fire" can be streamed below.
Pre-orders for "Predator Reign" available on: Sepulchral Voice Records.
