WATAIN complete recording of their upcoming 7th album

Mighty Black metallers WATAIN have announced earlier today, through a post on their official Instagram account, that they have completed the recording of their upcoming seventh full-length.
The band, who has recently signed a deal with Nuclear Blast Records, have previously unveiled that their new album is scheduled to be released in the Spring of 2022.
"With this new work we aim to turn as many eyes as possible away from the dizzying clutter of illusion and human shortcomings ever so prevalent in the world of man, to instead reflect the undying flame illuminating our own spiritual and physical vicinity in this brief intermission that is life", WATAIN explain on their official statement.

Henrik Palm posts snippet of his new album's pre-production

After announcing the completion of his second solo album's writing process just a couple of weeks ago, Henrik Palm now has shared on his Instagram profile a snippet of the pre-production phase, where we can hear him playing some intriguing, many-dayish sounding, promising tunes. Impatience builds!

Henrik Palm has completed writing his second album

After the outstanding debut solo album "Many Days", released in 2017 on the Gothenburg label FETISH, and after having confirmed the strength of the record in the live context on different occasions, both in club shows and at festivals; Henrik Palm announced some months ago that he was going to work on his new album during the summer of 2019. And indeed, from his official Instagram profile an update arrived earlier today: the writing process has been completed

Watain announce new album and release shows

Like a sudden and unexpected detonation, Watain have announced today that their 6th studio album will be unleashed on January 5th, 2018.


European release shows will take place in Stockholm on January 5th, in Berlin on January 10th, in Tilburg on January 11th, in London on January 12th and in Paris on January 13th; the tickets will be on sale on August 4th.
