Henrik Palm premieres "Subway Morgue" from his third solo album

Today, Henrik Palm is offering us a new foretaste of his upcoming album "Nerd Icon"; due out on April 19th, 2024 on Svart Records: it is now possible to stream the song "Subway Morgue"!

A really catchy yet heavy song, Henke once again manages to capture part of the old school vibes (let's say proto-punk/ proto-metal) and blend it with more modern shades, resulting in a fresh sounding, distinctive style of his own.

In our recent interview, Henke told us that he is really happy with the whole production and with the guitar sound on the album, and now that we have heard two songs off "Nerd Icon" we are certainly starting to hear why: the production truly appears to compliment and highlight the sound of the guitar so well, making it full and "punchy".

"Subway Morgue” is about when you fuck everything up and embarrass yourself to the point of dissolving in fumes. To the point that just hope to be picked up in some apocalyptic vessel to drive you away to an unknown destination for an acute cremation", says the note on the label's official announcement of the track.

You can stream the new song here below, and on all major platforms at THIS LINK.
Pre-orders for Henrik Palm's third album "Nerd Icon" are already up for different editions: red/black/gold/marble vinyl, transparent vinyl, regular vinyl, and CD.
