Four weeks only until Concrete Winds' third album is unleashed into this World - and meanwhile, today another new track is being premiered on Sepulchral Voice Records' channel: "Subterranean Persuasion" can now be streamed here below, and on all major platforms!
Beware this one!, instead of hammering down the listeners at constantly frantic speed, it rather strikes as a two-fold weapon, yes at times punching us in the face quickly, but just to move on and then dragging us down into the abyss at a stubborn, heavy pace - indeed like a merciless flow of concrete which, unstoppable, proceeds to swallow our flesh until it completely engulfs it.
Are we persuaded yet?

Henrik Palm premieres "Subway Morgue" from his third solo album

Today, Henrik Palm is offering us a new foretaste of his upcoming album "Nerd Icon"; due out on April 19th, 2024 on Svart Records: it is now possible to stream the song "Subway Morgue"!
A really catchy yet heavy song, Henke once again manages to capture part of the old school vibes (let's say proto-punk/ proto-metal) and blend it with more modern shades, resulting in a fresh sounding, distinctive style of his own.
In our recent interview, Henke told us that he is really happy with the whole production and with the guitar sound on the album, and now that we have heard two songs off "Nerd Icon" we are certainly starting to hear why: the production truly appears to compliment and highlight the sound of the guitar so well, making it full and "punchy".

Evokers of atmospheric doom metal Saturnalia Temple just unveiled today the official video for their song "Revel In Dissidence", first track premiere from the upcoming album "Paradigm Call" due out on March 1st, 2024 on Listenable Records!
The song has been presented through an official lyric video, to accompany the music and allow the listeners to immerse also visually in its dark ambience and symbolism.
Saturnalia Temple once again here show an impressive ability to capture both the ears and the mind of its audience, with the entrancing sound of the guitar almost acting as a vehicle to a different plane, as well as a catalyst to induce suggestive moments of contemplation, making for a truly active, mesmerizing listening experience.

Endtime premiere "Harbinger of Disease", pre-orders for upcoming album now open!

The song has premiered today on The Sleeping Shaman alongside its fittingly grim and dismal official video, and the band commented:
" 'Harbinger Of Disease' is the first single from Endtime‘s forthcoming LP entitled Impending Doom. Five minutes and eleven seconds of bleak nihilistic doom metal. The sound of a plague unending, a famine unceasing, a drought unquenched..."
Indeed, the oppressive atmosphere is so thick here, that not even Jason's machete would cut it - and the caustic vocals will slowly erode your flesh until nothing is left.
Surely Endtime have in store the kind of doom we enjoy the most - drenched in horror, bleak, corrosive and heavy. We are most definitely looking forward to hearing the whole album.
"Impending Doom", the band's debut full-length, will be out on Heavy Psych Sounds Records on March 4th, 2022, and pre-orders are now open both on the label's European shop and on the U.S. shop - several choices available: test press vinyl, three striped coloured LP, splatter blue/red LP, black LP, and digipack.
Of course there is also a properly apocalyptic t-shirt to wear your doom, and the he digital version can be acquired on Bandcamp.

Maggot Heart premieres new track from upcoming split with OKKULTOKRATI

Maggot Heart / OKKULTOKRATI Split EP Cover Artwork by Johannes Brander |
It will feature three new songs by each band, and will be available on a limited edition of 600 copies on black vinyl as well as on a limited edition of 400 copies on smoky vinyl, both versions come with printed inner sleeve and a double-sided poster.
Both bands have premiered a new song taken from the split EP on New Noise Magazine, which you can hear below: Maggot Heart's track, "No Song", is a really catchy piece which shows all the punk-ish potential of our favourite power trio, with its raw and straightforward attitude, it opens with a Genesis P-Orridge-style spoken part and then evolves into a combination of hectic vocals and hooky riffs, immediately captivating the listener .
On the other side of the split, OKKULTOKRATI is going to make you headbanging and air guitaring like there's no tomorrow with their dark and heavy song "Wolfssegen":
The Maggot Heart / OKKULTOKRATI Split EP will be out on September 24th, 2021 on Rapid Eye Records and it can already be pre-ordered at the label's webshop. Digital version available on Bandcamp.

Listen to a track premiere off the upcoming solo tape by Crakk (of Reveal!, No Future)
Alright folks, what we have here tonight is exactly the kind of thing that gets us hyped at Unearthed Mirrors: nothing less than a track premiere from one of our favourite musical creatures, Crakk (of Reveal! and No Future)
who is dropping a solo tape on End All Parties!
Imagine a weird lab where unthinkable experiments are going on which may as well twist reality and let other dimensions creep in...and yet no, that's anyway not nearly strange enough to describe what we are about to venture in. And of course, that just makes us want to go there even more.
Sure enough, being huge fans of Reveal!, and having seen some of Crakk's impressive and haunting artworks (check out this gallery in case you haven't yet), we are aware that he has a truly eclectic, shape-shifting and daring creative mind, which is why we appreciate his visual and musical creations so much.
Therefore we are really looking forward to his upcoming solo tape, titled "Dead Fools Scatter The Highway Bleeding", mixed by Gottfrid Åhman, to be released on End All Parties sometime soon and it's a real treat to stream tonight the first track premiere off of it: "Pusher Bleeder Copperthief".
Juicy stuff, and by juicy we mean sticky, nasty and catchy: like some sort of chemical glue in fact this music will stick to your ears and before you know it, you had it on repeat several times and your brain cells begin to resemble the appearance of Twin Peak's infamous garmonbozia... to your, somewhat disquieting, private little pleasure.

Henrik Palm premieres video for new song "Given Demon"
In less than a month Henrik Palm's second album "Poverty Metal" is going to be released and today an official new video has been published to premiere the song "Given Demon"!
Starting off with a bold and catchy attitude, the song is a real banger and culminates with a more chill-out, lingering ending which gives the listener the time to fully absorb the music.
The video has been shot and directed by Chris Shonting, edited by Jared Sherbert, features Rachel Bulgach as "Given Demon" and sees also a cameo by Jocke Proos (of Vampire, and also part of Henrik's live band).
The entirely black and white visuals follow the character of Henke through different scenes and show him constantly in company of this female figure who seems to haunt him restlessly, however, only at the end, in a revealing and somewhat bittersweet scene, we find out what she is really there for. The grey tone that runs consistently from beginning to end, not only fits aesthetically but also subtly gives away the underlying noir mood of the video.
"Poverty Metal" is out on October 16th, 2020 on Svart Records and can be pre-saved on all major digital platforms at orcd.co/henrik-palm-poverty-metal, while physical copies are available for pre-order at the Trust No One Recordings webshop and at the Svart Records Store for the CD and on vinyl editions (red or regular black). Svart Records is also reissuing Henke's debut solo album "Many Days" on clear vinyl and on CD.

Stream "Concrete Antichrist", first single off Henrik Palm's second album!

"Poverty Metal", is due out on October 16th, 2020 on Svart Records and the tracklist appears to be as follows:
"Bully"
"Sugar"
"Concrete Antichrist"
"Given Demon"
"Destroyer"
"Nihil"
"Nihilist"
"Last Christmas"
...Sounds like a fairly apocalyptic list of titles. And most of us are surely looking forward to hearing them all, but today it is nothing less than "Concrete Antichrist" that we get to meet first!
As a foretaste of what's to come, it certainly sounds like a very interesting premise. Hints of prog rock and a bittersweet taste give the song a really intriguing feel, and it truly showcases well Henke's talent in blending several influences to create his own unique style.
"Poverty Metal" is now available for pre-orders, alongside plenty of new merchandise, at the Trust No One Recordings webshop, which has on sale a limited edition of 150 copies on clear vinyl; the album can also be pre-oredered at the Svart Records Store on CD and on vinyl (red or regular black).
Svart Records is also reissuing Henke's debut solo album "Many Days" on clear vinyl and on CD.

Listen to "Cockroach" from Obnoxious Youth's upcoming EP!

Obnoxious Youth's new filthy creature, "Mouths Sewn Shut", is going to be out this month on Svart Records, and after blasting the title-track at the beginning of April, another new track is now available to tease all of us speed heavy metal deviants: it's the EP opener, titled "Cockroach"!
And indeed just like one of those nasty tiny insects, it will sneak onto your ears with a deceptively bluesy/rock'n'roll brief intro only to quickly escalate into Obnoxious Youth's typical rotten and fast madness, with riffs scampering all over like crazy.
And once it gets to your ears, well, it's a cockroach, so it will eventually thrust its way in, one way or another.
"Cockroach" has been featured on metal program De Pankraker and the podcast can be streamed below: it's the first song on the playlist right after the introduction, press play and stick it up your ears now!
Pre-orders for "Mouths Sewn Shut" are open at the Svart Records' webshop to secure a copy of this obscenity and get it as soon as it's out there!

Saturnalia Temple premiere new mesmerising track

Tommie Eriksson thus describes the song: "“Saturnalia Temple" is a song that sums up everything we are on all levels. It is a true keystone for all we stand for. The lyrics is an invocation of the alchemical initiation that this band expresses, and the hypnotic riffs echo this with a vengeance.”
It's possible to listen to the track here below, and read the full feature on The Obelisk.
Saturnalia Temple's new album "Gravity" is out on February 21st, 2020 and different editions of it can be pre-ordered at the Listenable Records' webshop.

Degial unveil second track off "Predator Reign"

"The most important thing for us when we make a new album is to not repeat ourselves, and to develop and make a stronger opus than the previous releases. We never discuss in which direction we should go when we write, that is something that develops during the process.", explains H. Death about the group's approach to making music. Which is definitely fitting from an unpredictable creature like Degial.
"All our lyrics are a hymn to the dark Gods, a tribute to the great Death, and the world far beyond this one", he further elaborates about this track. "It’s about rebellion against this world, and this society that we are chained to. “Crown of Fire” is about when the chains are finally broken, and the predator within is released to reign."
The full interview can be read on Decibel magazine and the chaotic vortex that is "Crown of Fire" can be streamed below.
