Today, October 14th, is the
2017 Cassette Store Day and so it feels the right time for a tape appreciation post. Why cassettes have been regaining so much popularity in recent times should be no mistery: surely vinyls are beautiful and sound great, CDs have a really convenient price/quality ratio, and digital files combine good quality with the advantage of being immediately available anywhere; but tapes...!, tapes are iconically linked to the underground, they are
the underground music format, and despite having of course a rather lower sound quality than other formats, they keep that "cheap'n'nasty" feel that fits so well for several "less mainstream" genres.

Below is a collection of images which shows some tape editions of albums by In Solitude and In Solitude related bands. Some of them have been sold out for a while now, others are still available somewhere, and others have been released just recently, so in case anyone is caught by a compulsive buying attack seeing those beauties, some links to purchase them, when available, have been added, too.
