It is finally time for aggressive noise tormentors Concrete Winds to crush European stages on their very own tour: it has just been announced by Sepulchral Voice Records in fact that the band will tour Europe in April / May 2025, together with Black Curse!

The combo couldn't be more appropriate, as both bands have just released two outstanding albums on Sepulchral Voice Records: Concrete Winds has unleashed their massive third album, self-titled, in August 2024, and Black Curse have put out their excellent "Burning In Celestial Poison" earlier this month.

At the moment we are writing this, it's been just a few hours since Concrete Winds have annihilated the stage at Bar Brooklyn in Stockholm, alongside apocalyptic doomers Endtime opening the evening with their brooding soundscapes, and some footage has already appeared on YouTube, courtesy of YT channel @DavidSGrop. On the first video, there's no escape from a fate of heaviness and cosmic terror with Endtime: the clips includes fragments of their song: "Cities On Fire With The Burning Flesh Of Men" (and some more that we don't seem to recall hearing before: possibly new material they've been working on...? -> Updated: confirmed that a new song was performed in this set!)

Concrete Winds announced for SWR Barroselas Metalfest 2025

Portugal's renowned festival SWR Barroselas Metalfest has just published the first line-up announcement for its 2025 edition, and aggressive noise tormentors Concrete Winds are among the first bands confirmed to perform at Viana do Castelo next year!

The rest of the line-up announced so far includes: Repulsion - Unleashed - Dødheimsgard - Hellripper - Ved Buens Ende - Merrimack - Black Curse - Ahab - Corpus Christii - Bütcher - Test - Kawir - Steelharmonics - Nashgul -Black Pyramid - Sacred Sin - Malphas - Phenocryst - Godless.

The festival will take place from April 23rd to April 26th, 2025 and early bird tickets are on sale at the festival's official website.

Concrete Winds and Unpure announced for Metal Mayhem Mariehamn

Metal maniacs in Åland, it looks like someone will be back on your soil to bring you some properly devastating death, black and thrash metal: the up and coming event fittingly named METAL MAYHEM MARIEHAMN has in fact just announced that none other than aggressive noise tormentors Concrete Winds and black/thrash metal madmen Unpure will perform at the first edition of the festival, which will take place at Kino Nightclub in Mariehamn on December 28th, 2024!

Torp and Wrecking the Quiet are the other bands among the first names announced and more bands are expected to be presented in the coming weeks: all updates can be followed on the festival's official website and Facebook page, as well as on the official event page.

Concrete Winds announced for Monochrome: Festival of Ugly Music 2025 in Bristol, UK

Monochrome: Festival of Ugly Music in Bristol, UK has announced its 2025 line-up and it appears that none other than perpetrators of aggressive noise torment Concrete Winds are among the first bands confirmed!

The festival will take place on April 11th-12th, 2025, starting on Friday at the Moor Brewery and continuing on Saturday at the Strange Brew and the other bands announced so far include: BLACK CURSE (US) - PETRONN SPHENE(UK) - COFFIN MULCH (UK) - ZBIGNIEW CHOJNACKI (PL) - VICTIM UNIT (UK)- GORGON VOMIT (UK) - KNIFEDOUTOFEXISTENCE (UK) - TRAIDORA (UK) CONQUEROR WORM (UK).

Sound of Wall, Visions of Hell: a Photo Gallery of Concrete Winds live in Berlin

After sharing some footage from Concrete Winds' concert at Wolf City Festival in Berlin on September 7th, 2024, we are thrilled to be able to publish here also some skilfully captured analogue shots by talented photographer murphyslavv - these striking photographs, with their uncompromising shades of black and their almost abrasive texture, match very well the violence of Concrete Winds' ruthless live performance and we think they make for a very accurate visual account of their live set.

The last two photos also show a couple of moments of the calm before the storm: those who have been there at their shows, waiting for the violence to begin, know very well how those minutes before it begins are absolutely loaded to the brim with impatience and raw energy ready to be unleashed, which is why we found these shots to be a perfect way to close the gallery: once the music ends, it's just another silence waiting for the next sonic assault...are you going to be there?

Footage of Concrete Winds live at Wolf City 10th Anniversary Fest in Berlin

On September 7th, 2024 Concrete Winds have performed live at Wolf City 10th Anniversary Fest in Berlin - the first live show for them after releasing their 3rd album on Sepulchral Voice Records at the end of August - and we have some live footage from the concert to share with all of you (kindly filmed once again for us by our fellow conspirator in the back, as the front row here during CW is = no videos/just carnage mode).

Seemingly captured from the pits of Hell - with the scorching temperature in Berlin that evening making it even more so, the footage includes both new and old songs:
"Infernal Repeater" - "Chromium Jaws" - "Subterranean Persuasion" - "Sulphuric Upheaval" - "Infant Gallow".

Concrete Winds were as always savagely tight, faster than lightning and mercilessly brutal - they discharged a massive dose of violence to a crowd of properly insane maniacs, that was 100% enjoying getting devastated.

Concrete Winds' self-titled now available to stream in all its ruthless entirety

Concrete Winds are releasing their third album via Sepulchral Voice Records on August 30th, 2024 and today it is possible to listen to the whole ungodly creature on the label's channel!

Nine songs of total caustic, harsh chaos - but we're not going to get fooled here, because noticeably CW's chaos sounds like it is a skillfully crafted one, which then gets through a sort of annihilation process, shattered, brought to its limits until it reaches a whole new, devastating level, as if the vicious idea behind it all was to create and destroy at the same time. And that's something that apparently Concrete Winds do extremely well, mastering this destructive songwriting in their own unique way, album after album.

This third creature in particular, not only shows this aspect of Concrete Winds much more than its predecessors, delivering some of their most abrasive yet striking riffs,   but it also incorporates more diffusely their industrial elements (including, at the end of "Hell Trance",  that fragment which many of us remember from their live shows as the interlude right before getting hit by "Dissident Mutilator"). 
This just adds that perfect final ingredient which makes it sound like this massive creature made of flesh and concrete.

Aggressive Noise Tormentors Concrete Winds have recently performed at Malmö Massacre on August 24th, 2024 and footage of their full show has appeared on YouTube on singer198003's channel.

The video takes off with one of their new songs, "Infernal Repeater", already in full-blown madness and that appears to have been the opener of the show - way to start with a fucking explosion.

Then the whole show continues with a setlist that, no shit, looks like a really perfect slaughter, shooting one  banger after another and mixing some of the most crushing tracks from their first two albums - with the addition, of course now that we are only a few days away from the release of their third album, of the other new single "Subterranean Persuasion".
As far as we know, this is the first time these new songs are being performed live and  - in typical CW's way -  they are already sounding more destructive live,  even heard from a crowd-filmed video.

Four weeks only until Concrete Winds' third album is unleashed into this World - and meanwhile, today another new track is being premiered on Sepulchral Voice Records' channel: "Subterranean Persuasion" can now be streamed here below, and on all major platforms!

Beware this one!, instead of hammering down the listeners at constantly frantic speed, it rather strikes as a two-fold weapon, yes at times punching us in the face quickly, but just to move on and then dragging us down into the abyss at a stubborn, heavy pace - indeed like a merciless flow of concrete which, unstoppable, proceeds to swallow our flesh until it completely engulfs it.

We are gathering in this post a list of distros and webstores where it is possible to pre-order Concrete Winds' upcoming self-titled third album, in order to reach out to other aggressive noise maniacs who want to get their pre-order placed and possibly save some money on the shipping costs depending on their location - we all know shipping costs have been rather insane in the past years (not blaming the distros here of course, it has become for sure expensive just generally the find a decent delivery service). It also helps if we all support local distros so they can keep spreading across the world a proper dose of extreme music!

The first track premiere, "Infernal Repeater", can be streamed here below and on all major streaming platforms: prepare your ear canals to be completely ravaged then get your headphones on, or turn whatever you're using to the loudest volume and hit play for that massive outburst of caustic hatred that Concrete Winds here deliver not only as expected, but possibly even harsher than before. Everything, from the production to the ripping speed, the ferocity of the vocals and the vicious sound of the guitar - which brutally sandpapers the hell out of our ears - everything here feels even heavier, more savage and perverse then ever before.

Perpetrators of aggressive noise torment Concrete Winds have recently performed their first live trepanation of this year at EROS AT ARMS in Zürich on May 18th, 2024.

Thanks to a fellow death metal maniac who was at the show we have uploaded a video of "Tyrant Pulse" in all its ruthless power, the sound quality is fairly good (for a video from the crowd that is) so blast it loud here below and bang your head at its final command!

We will update this post if any new footage from the same show appears in the next days.

Saturnalia Temple, Concrete Winds among the bands performing at Wolf City Festival 2024

Wolf City festival has announced the line-up of its 10th anniversary edition and, among several great bands, also Saturnalia Temple and Concrete Winds will perform at the festival, which will take place at Zukunft am Ostkreuz in Berlin, on September 6th and 7th, 2024.

Mighty Concrete Winds will once again bring their unhinged savagery at Nordfest in Sundsvall!

The festival, held at Club Deströyer, clearly enjoyed getting ravaged by their merciless sound in 2022, and has decided to call them again to get some more of their vicious madness at the 2024 edition.

Concrete Winds announced for Kill-Town Deathfest London, October 17-19th, 2024

Death metal maniacs in the area of London can get ready to be butchered because Kill-Town Death Fest has just announced that aggressive noise tormentors Concrete Winds will bring their sonic terror at Kill-Town Death Fest London this October!

The UK edition of the legendary Copenhagen festival will take place at The Dome from October 17th to October 19th and so far the line-up includes Left Cross, Ossuary, Anatomia and Mortem.
