Henrik Palm's new album "Poverty Metal" now full streaming!

Henrik Palm's second solo album "Poverty Metal" is going to be released this Friday, October 16th on Svart Records and today, we finally get to hear it in its rocking entirety in advance!

Even at first listen it becomes clear that Henke has delivered once again another solid album, filled with excellent songwriting, developing further his wide range of influences, blending genres while at the same time, adding even more structure to the album as a whole. At times, it almost seems as if the mood of the music has been put intentionally in stark contrast with the lyrics, creating a sort of unreal, weird and subtly uneasy feel. A really engaging experience.

"Poverty Metal" is out this Friday, October 16th, 2020 on Svart Records and can be ordered at the Trust No One Recordings webshop and at the Svart Records Store. Svart Records is also reissuing Henke's debut solo album "Many Days" on clear vinyl and on CD.

Stream "Concrete Antichrist", first single off Henrik Palm's second album!

Exciting news today for all of us appreciators of Henrik Palm's music: the release date, the cover artwork, the tracklist and the first single from his second solo album have just been revealed!

"Poverty Metal", is due out on October 16th, 2020 on Svart Records and the tracklist appears to be as follows:

"Sugar"
"Concrete Antichrist"
"Given Demon"
"Destroyer"
"Nihil"
"Nihilist"
"Last Christmas"

...Sounds like a fairly apocalyptic list of titles. And most of us are surely looking forward to hearing them all, but today it is nothing less than "Concrete Antichrist" that we get to meet first!

As a foretaste of what's to come, it certainly sounds like a very interesting premise. Hints of prog rock and a bittersweet taste give the song a really intriguing feel, and it truly showcases well Henke's talent in blending several influences to create his own unique style. 

"Poverty Metal" is now available for pre-orders, alongside plenty of new merchandise, at the Trust No One Recordings webshop, which has on sale a limited edition of 150 copies on clear vinyl; the album can also be pre-oredered at the Svart Records Store on CD and on vinyl (red or regular black).
Svart Records is also reissuing Henke's debut solo album "Many Days" on clear vinyl and on CD.

Henrik Palm guest on Gösta Berlings Saga's new album

Gösta Berlings Saga have unveiled today the second single off their upcoming album "ET EX": the song is titled "The Shortcomings Of Efficiency" and it has been co-written with Henrik Palm, who has also been contributing his guitar skills throughout the whole record.


" During a period of time back in 2017 with no permanent guitar player, we had a series of productive and inspirational writing and recording sessions together with our friend Henrik Palm, known for his work in bands such as In Solitude, Ghost, Pig Eyes and most recently his awesome solo stuff under his own name. By adding Henrik’s 10,000W brain and genre defying guitar playing to the mix, the music was instantly led to darker places, creating an interesting synergy effect of energy and melodic outbursts.", the band explained in the note published on their official Facebook page along with the links to stream the new single.


As previously announced, Gösta Berlings Saga and Henke will also perform on the same evening at Södra Teatern in Stockholm on December 2nd.

Trust No One Recordings has added a couple of new Henrik Palm t-shirt on its webshop, one with a killer three-skull new design titled "Born to Cry in the Gutter" and one with classic slogan that we are all familiar with since the first time Henke's song "Elephant" made its appearance on Festish's Soundcloud:

Both are available now for pre-order at Trust No One Recordings' webstore and will begin to ship on May 27th.

It's finally time for a Henrik Palm "Many Days" t-shirt and Trust No One Recordings has opened pre-sales on its webshop at this link. Printed on the front of the t-shirt is the impressively detailed "Many Days" cover artwork by Sebastian Murphy. Orders will start shipping from March 1st, 2018.
